According to Todd Fisher, his late mother and only sister, Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher will be laid to rest in a joint funeral service.
“It’s what we want to do, but we’re still working on the mechanics.”
“I’m going out right now to look at places,” he said. “We like the idea, if it’s at all possible. I think it’s appropriate,” he told New York Daily News.
It would be recalled that Carrie Fisher died on Tuesday, Dec 27, at the age of 60 just four days following a massive heart attack. While her mother, Debbie Reynolds, passed on the next day after suffering a stroke at the age of 84.
According to Todd, who was with his mother during her last moments, her last words were, “I want to be with Carrie”
