Glamtush reports that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
The Computer Based Test (CBT) was conducted between Tuesday, April 25 and Monday, May 1.
A statement on Tuesday by JAMB spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin said a total of 1,595,779 candidates registered to sit in 708 CBT centres in 105 towns.
But the results excluded candidates who were rescheduled to take their examination on Saturday, May 6 and those who were absent.
Others excluded are candidates under investigation as well as those of visually impaired candidates, saying their results were undergoing processing.
To check the results, candidates are to send UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number used for registration.
”Also to be noted is the fact that the released results, when checked by candidates, would return the status of the candidates.”
