IviTrybe is designed to equip aspiring PR professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s dynamic world of public relations. The six weeks virtual training sessions encompassed a carefully curated curriculum that equipped participants with a deep understanding of the vital aspects of public relations. Participants gained hands-on experience, deep insights, and invaluable practical skills necessary to thrive in the competitive landscape of public relations.

As part of the program, aspiring PR pros received training in a wide range of key areas, including media relations, crisis management, client service, strategic brand positioning and how to pitch stories to the media, among other topics. The comprehensive approach ensured that participants obtained a holistic understanding of modern PR practices and developed a diverse skill set adaptable to various industries and scenarios.

“Ivi PR firmly believes in fostering talent and nurturing the next generation of PR professionals,” said Nosa Iyamu, CEO, Ivi PR. “We are thrilled to have concluded the first edition of Ivi Trybe training program, witnessing the growth and development of these aspiring PR pros. Through interactive sessions, research exercises, and mentorship directly from the CEO, the aspiring PR pros honed their abilities to craft compelling narratives, build relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively manage communication campaigns.

One of the participants, Busari Toheeb Dolapo, speaking about his experience at the Ivi Trybe training said, “The training so far has been the highlight of my year. I always wanted to gain knowledge about public relations and understand how to be a public relations professional. I can say now that I have the knowledge and the PR pro in me has been ignited.”

Ivi Trybe training program is a social responsibility initiative of Ivi PR that offers emerging professionals the opportunity to gain practical skills, industry insights and valuable networking opportunities all for free.
