Mc Oluomo has threatened Igbos who will not vote for APC to stay at home ahead of the Lagos governorship election.
Glamtush reports that Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, the Chairman of the Lagos State Parks Management Committee, has issued a stern warning to Igbo voters in Lagos state ahead of the March 18 governorship and State Assembly elections.
Recall that Peter Obi, the LP presidential flagbearer, won the presidential election in Lagos State on Saturday, February 25th, defeating Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), in his stronghold.
Obi received 582,454 votes in Lagos, defeating Tinubu who received 572,606 votes and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who received 75,750 votes.
Following Obi’s performance in Lagos during the presidential elections, his supporters have promised to do the same for Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the governorship candidate.
In a recent party meeting themed ‘Lagos Rising,’ All Progressive Chieftain, Mc Oluomo warned Igbo voters in the state to sit in their houses on election day if they were not going to vote for the ruling party.
In the video making rounds online, MC Oluomo was heard saying “Iya Chukwudi, if you know you no wan vote for us, siddon for your home o, we have begged you people, don’t come out on election day.”
The Lagos Park Management boss also told those listening that if they notice they are losing, they know what to do.
Just to let @inecnigeria Governor @jidesanwoolu @OfficialABAT @PoliceNG @HQNigerianArmy know that Lagosians are now fully aware of the nefarious plans of the ruling party in Lagos state.
