Multi award winning broadcaster and presenter, Funmi Iyanda was a year older on Monday, July 27 and of course, friends and fans took to the social media to wish her a happy birthday.
The presenter of the defunct New Dawn on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) while appreciating her fans, for their goodwill messages disclosed that she has been ill since October last year.
‘It’s been a tough year, I have been ill since October. Very. I’ll talk about it when I fully recover as it may help someone… Being quite sick is not funny, at all. However, when your body becomes vulnerable and weak , you do find other kinds of strength and clarity,’ she wrote.
