Add 1 or 2 tablespoons to a glass of water.
Stir for a few minutes to activate the seeds
Then allow the chia seeds to settle.
Wait for at least 20 minutes after adding the chia to the water to give the seeds enough time to expand.
Squeeze one lemon or lime into the glass.
If you want, add some honey as well.
