Glamtush reports that the incumbent president of Angola, João Lourenço has retained his seat following the just concluded presidential election that was described as the toughest in recent times.
The president won not by a very wide margin compared to previous elections in the country. It was no doubt a tough election for the president but alas, he won and retained his seat.
Before the election, there was a strong coalition against the president and there were signs that the president was going to lose the election due to the popularity of the opposition candidate and his acceptance by the citizens of Angola.
Apart from that, there were issues in the country that have affected the citizens of the country and they wanted a change of government in the country.
However, in the midst of the troubles faced by President João Lourenço, a prophetic voice from Nigeria came for him, warning him of what was going to befall him if he didn’t immediately change his strategy. The voice was that of popular prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele who has given accurate prophecies concerning nations, elections and the recently held Kenya Election that saw William Ruto becoming the winner miraculously.
Primate Ayodele in his message to President João Lourenço stated that the opposition are on their way to victory and the president will only overturn the victory if he quickly addresses some domestic matters before the election.
These were his words
‘’President Joao Lourenco of Angola will see some factors go against him if he doesn’t adjust before the election. He has to do a lot of things about the economy and put the country in order, otherwise they will form a coalition against him. The opposition and other parties will join hands together to unseat him.’’
‘’He must not sleep if he wants to win and must put his party together if he wants to win. He must take every step to actualise victory because the opposition has planned how to chase him out of office. He must urgently address domestic matters, They are ready to chase him out, but if he can put his house together, he may get a chance. Already, the opposition is on its way to victory against him.’’
“He must strategize so he can retain his seat because there are a lot of political matters to challenge with. He must also work on ethnicity matters so that he can win. If not, his victory will be denied.”
Going by this prophecy which was released before the election was held, it’s obvious it played out in the election with the way the president won the election. As Primate Ayodele said, the opposition were hell bent on chasing the president out of office and this was proven in the election result, it has never been this close in the history of Angola politics, it was just a narrow escape for President Lourenco.
Even in the parliament, the president’s ruling party doesn’t have the kind of majority it used to have, it has been reduced and this is to show that indeed the prophecy of Primate Ayodele was fulfilled.
Also, before President Lourenco won the election this time, it’s obvious he made some last minute change of strategy as advised by Primate Ayodele. Taking a critical look at the prophecy, Primate Ayodele meant that the president has a chance in winning the election but he has to change his strategy to get the victory. If not, the opposition will beat him.
No doubt, the prophecy of Primate Ayodele has shaped the victory of President Lourenco in the just concluded election.
