An Ondo State Lawmaker is dead.
Glamtush reports that an Ondo State Lawmaker, Honorable Adedayo Omolafe is dead.
The news of his death hit the media in the early hours of today, Monday, August 16.
Although, there is no official statement yet from his camp, tributes have however been pouring in, from friends, associates and loved onee.
According to reports, the late House Of Representative Member didn’t show any sign of illness, until midnight, when he took his last breath.
“My brother, it’s still feels like I’m dreaming, I am still in shock, I mean I was with Oga till late in the night, when he requested to sleep ahead of his activities this morning. He didn’t show any signs that he was weak or sick, he was hale and hearty. Infact, I was the last person that saw him to his room. I am sad” said a source, who was with him when he died.
Another source, who is also a lawmaker and visited him in his Abuja home yesterday, said, he doesn’t believe Expensive as he is fondly called is dead, “How can he be dead, a man I met with yesterday and we had a robust conversation on national issues is dead? Just like that, I don’t think so, I am on my way to his residence. This is too shocking to believe.”
According to unconfirmed reports Expensive died 2am midnight after he complained of pains around his chest. Until his death, Omolafe was a federal lawmaker representing Akure South/Akure North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives. He is also a businessman, farmer and politician.
