Hoodlums Attack Osun Mall As Inferno Razes NIPOST, Market

Some suspected hoodlums on Saturday attacked Osun Mall, a shopping complex located along Osogbo/Gbongan Road and looted some shops in the building.

From video footage obtained by Sunday PUNCH, the incident occurred after an attack on Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s convoy at Olaiya Junction.

In the videos, broken screens littered the building while workers at a mobile phone shop were senn lamenting their losses.

In another video, some people running away from those that reportedly attacked the building could be seeing shouting as they fled the scene.

Meanwhile, a mysterious fire on Saturday destroyed the Osun State head office of Nigeria Postal Service in Osogbo.

It could not however be immediately established if the building was set on fire by the hoodlums.”
