Right now, I’m in a dilemma and need advice. I am a married woman who started working out with a single and hot workout partner through virtual classes during the lockdown. However, even after the lockdown, I still didn’t want to go to the gym so I called him home for training.
We work out on our terrace thrice a week and we have become intimate to some extent. Since I’m married, I feel guilty about it. However, I am losing weight and I feel motivated to work out because of him. I don’t want all this to end but what if someone finds out?
What should I do? I need your help.
Hello, troubled married woman,
Sometimes, intentionally or unintentionally people tend to develop feelings towards a third person even after being married and loyal to their spouse.
The truth is that such acts of infidelity can bring short-term happiness but at the same time it will make the involved people pay a huge price that might cost them happiness. And in some cases, your marriage as well.
If you are feeling guilty about your act, then, you should look for an appropriate time to initiate ‘the conversation’ with him before anybody in your family finds out, especially your husband.
If you are really serious about your workout, then, you need to motivate yourself since motivation comes from within. Also, the best thing would be to involve your husband in your workout session as doing activities together can really do wonders in a relationship.
