Ingredients
1 table spoon ascorbic acid (pure vitamin c powder not store bought vitamin c tablet)
2 tablespoons rosewater or distilled water
1 tablespoon vegetable glycerin
1 teaspoon Vitamin E
10 drops Tea tree oil (optional)
1 teaspoon Preservatives
Method
Get a clean bowl, pour in your vitamin C powder.
Add distilled water or rose water into the bowl to dissolve the vitamin C powder.
Stir well to see that the vitamin C powder has dissolved properly (vitamin c powder dissolves easily, double boiler method or heat isn’t needed. Heat renders vitamin C powder ineffective and useless)
Add glycerin
Add tree tea oil
Add vitamin E oil
Then add your preservatives!!!
Stir the mixture well; if possible use a little electric blender to blend well.
Bottle the serum in a dark bottle, don’t use a clear bottle this is to prevent direct sunlight from getting in contact with the serum.
