Friends Mourn As Canada-based Nigerian Man Dies On His Birthday
A 47-year-old Nigerian man based in Canada, Nafike Malafa Bala, has died on his birthday.
According to the flyer announcing his passing and signed by Mathew Malafa on behalf of the family, the University of Jos graduate died on Tuesday, January 5, which happened to be his birthday.
The circumstances surrounding his death were not mentioned.
He is survived by his wife, children, mother, and siblings.
Meanwhile, his friends have taken to Facebook to mourn his death. One Peter Olusegun Ogundimu said he spoke to Nafike five hours before his death.
He wrote; “Every death is sad but this one is so so sad & i’m still in utmost disbelief ……………
