Former vice president of Ghana, Amissah Arthur is dead. He died at the age of 67.
Arthur collapsed at the Airforce Gym this morning and was rushed to 37 Military Hospital where he died shortly after.
He was a Ghanaian economist, academic and politician who was the fifth Vice-President of Ghana’s 4th Republic. Arthur was in office from August 6, 2012 until January 7, 2017, under President John Dramani Mahama.
