It is important to keep your hair hydrated weekly by applying mousse or oil sheens. You can also use natural moisturizing ingredients like coconut water or shea butter. Apply on braids at least once a week, and wrap your braids with a silk scarf or bonnet while you sleep to help protect your hair from frizz, keep your braids intact and minimize moisture loss overnight
