A former minister of foreign affairs, Bagudu Hirse, was today, Sunday, Nov. 20, kidnapped in Kaduna by unknown gunmen.
According to Liberty TV, kaduna, Hirse had gone to the home of the late ex-Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji ibrahim Dasuki, to pay a condolence visit to his family and then decided to pay a visit to a relation of President Muhammadu Buhari
