Elon Musk Sends Starlink To Ukraine

Elon Musk has sent Starlink to Ukraine.

Glamtush reports that Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, on Saturday, sent Starlink systems to Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed this while thanking Mr. Musk for his support to his country.

“Talked to @elonmusk. I’m grateful to him for supporting Ukraine with words and deeds,” he tweeted.

He said that Ukraine will receive another batch “of Starlink systems for destroyed cities” next week.

He also added that Ukraine “discussed possible space projects. But I’ll talk about this after the war.”

In a video of the meeting between Zelensky and Musk, posted on Instagram, the Ukrainian leader also invited Musk to visit Ukraine after the war.

The Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, had tweeted at Musk, requesting the Starlink after the Russian invasion disrupted internet access for some Ukrainians.

However, Musk warned earlier last week that the system could be targetted.
