Desmond Elliot Prostrates, Apologizes To Surulere Residents

Desmond Elliot prostrated to apologize to Surulere residents ahead of the state House of Assembly election.

Glamtush reports that the APC Lagos House of Assembly candidate from Surulere 1, Hon. Desmond Olusola Elliot was joined by the Surulere Local Govt. CDC Chairman, Wemimo Odumosu, to prostrate in the Yoruba traditional way to apologize to all Surulere sons, daughters and residents who said Desmond has not done well in the last dispensation to forgive him by giving him another chance to correct all the wrongs.

This online platform understands that the actor-turned-politician apologized at an event that took place at Mercy Eneli, Surulere, near the Surulere residence of Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Desmond took the microphone and apologized to the people while prostrating side by side with the Surulere CDC Chairman, Odumosu. After the apology, the people pronounced their blessings on Desmond Elliot for him to have huge success at the polls come Saturday, March 18.

It would be recalled that Desmond Elliot and his junior colleague, Olumide Oworu of the Labour Party are contesting for the same office at the Lagos State House of Assembly under Surulere Constituency 1.
