Deeper Life School Principal, Four Others Remanded In Prison Over Don Davies Molestation

Deeper Life School Principal, four others have been remanded in prison over Don Davies molestation.

Glamtush reports that Deborah Okezie, the mother of Don Davies, who was abused and molested at Deeper Life High School Uyo, has revealed that the court has remanded four persons involved in the case in prison custody.

This online platform had reported that the Uyo Magistrate Court in Akwa Ibom State had charged Deeper Life High School principal, Mrs. Ndidi Solomon, and four others for unlawfully and indecently assaulting Don-Davies Archibong.

They were all accused of involvement in the molestation, starvation, and sexual abuse of a JSS1 student of the institution, Don Davis.

Giving an update on her Facebook page, Okezie said the court remanded the Principal of the school, vice-principal, housemasters, and one other person.

She also disclosed that the judge ruled that the two accused minors should be tried in a Juvenile Family Court.

She wrote, “All the suspects were arraigned afresh at the State High Court 7 Uyo and were asked to be remanded in the prison custody with stiff bail conditions. So, the five of them, the Principal Ndidi Solomon, the Vice Principal, the wicked Housemasters, Akpan, and others apart from the two minors were ordered to be detained in the prison custody until they met their bail conditions.

“Their lawyers were running up and down and cold caught all of them when the Judge gave the ruling.

“The matter has just begun, with a different tone of music.” she added.
