Glamtush reports that Davido has been featured in an official soundtrack of the 2022 FIFA World Cup taking place in Qatar in November

The ‘OBO’ crooner made this known on Twitter on Friday, this online platform gathered.

Davido alongside Trinidad Cardona and AISHA sang the 2022 World Cup soundtrack titled ‘Hayya Hayya’ (Better Together).

On his Twitter page, Davido wrote: “I’m honoured to be featured on the Official ⁦@FIFAWorldCup⁩ 2022 Soundtrack!

“Who dey wamba, we still qualify las las.

“See you all later tonight, This one is for Africa! TULE! WE RISE!”

‘Hayya Hayya’ is one of the first projects of activation for the 2022 World Cup.

The single will be performed live for the first time today at the draw ceremony, the official ceremony where teams are grouped.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to take place in Qatar from November 21 to December 18, 2022.
