Christ Only Punished A Tree For Being Unfruitful, Not Humans – Daddy Freeze Tells Oyedepo

On-Air Personality, Daddy Freeze, has reacted to Bishop David Oyedepo’s reasons for the sack of about 40 pastors in his ministry.

Glamtush had earlier reported that a Winners Chapel pastor, identified as Peter Godwin, had alleged that he and 40 other pastors were sacked for not growing the churches under them.

Reacting, on Wednesday, Oyedepo emphasised that the pastors were sacked because they were unfruitful.

In a reaction, the leader of the Free the Sheeple Movement in a post via his Instagram account, pointed out that the only thing Christ categorized as being unfruitful was a tree.

He wrote, “Matthew 21:19, New International Version.

“Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves.

“Then he said to it, “May you never bear fruit again!” Immediately the tree withered.”
