All is set for the third edition of Glamour Role Model Awards 2016 which is all about celebrating models.
The award which is a brainchild of Dreamscape production was birthed from the desire to appreciate and celebrate the modelling and fashion practitioners in the industry.
The ”Glamour” is one of the title projects of Dreamscape Production, a ground breaking initiative that is birthed to specifically recognise and celebrate role models in modelling, fashion, entertainment, entrepreneurship and public office holders.
According to founder of “Glamour” actress and ex-model, Tokunbo Odedina, “The ”Glamour” brand was birthed from the desire to appreciate, recognise and celebrate the modelling and fashion practitioners within the industry. Such practitioners include agencies, models, fashion designers and their supporters. This brought about the 1st edition of the titled “Glamour Night with Nigerian Models” and also brought about the 2nd edition titled ”Glamour Night out” (The Fashion Party) in 2012 and 2014 respectively.
“The vision of the ”Glamour” keeps growing and getting bigger, hence, the third edition which is GLAMOUR ROLE MODEL AWARDS 2016.
“Also, aside showcasing the right kind of individuals to the youths, people with proven exemplary leadership quality and standout achievers in their field, our goal is to recognise people we call ”underground icons”, these kind of individual are always behind the scene, people not popularly known by the media but are affecting people’s lives positively.”
The award which will be hosted by comedian Koffi Da Guru and TV personality, Wofai Samuel will feature performances from artiste like D’Lyte, Dabyna Poll Abraham, OzzyBosco and others. There will also be a runway show by designer, Jaiye Owolabi of Mood Deo.

The event will take place on Sunday, December 11 at Ruby Gardens, Lekki-Epe expressway, Lagos.
