President Muhammadu Buhari will on Thursday travel to Zamfara state on a one-day official visit.
A statement by the Commissioner of Information, Ibrahim Dosara says security agencies have mapped out necessary security measures to ensure a hitch-free event.
He advised members of the general public to observe and adhere that nobody is allowed to carry any weapons, including matches, knives, and sticks.
“That nobody must be seen carrying any embarrassing banners, wrong parking of vehicles are not allowed, as Federal Road Safety Commission’s operative is directed to tow away all violating vehicles for prosecution.
“Gusau town to be closed to motorists for three hours and all motor parks in Gusau the capital city will be shut down until after the President departs”.
He noted that the President’s visit will last for three hours.
