Breaking: Nigeria Records 338 New COVID-19 Case, Total Infections Hits 5,959
Nigeria has recorded 338 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on Sunda bringing the total number of COVID-19 patients in the country to 5959.
National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) announced the number of new cases via its official Twitter handle.
According to the NCDC, 177 of the new cases were in Lagos, 64 were recorded in Kano, 21 in FCT, and 16 in Rivers state.
14 cases were recorded in Plateau while 11 others were recorded in Oyo.
The total number of active cases in the country is now at 5,959 while 1, 594 persons have been discharged. The total number of deaths recorded is 182.
