Green tea, ginger and sugar scrub works as a wonderful body scrub. Exfoliating with this scrub weekly will help keep your skin in top shape. It’s important to exfoliate both your face and entire body for a good result.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed green tea
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and use the scrub all over your body and rinse off during your shower.
How To Use Scrub
When in the bathroom, wet skin. Then starting with your neck, work the scrub into your skin by massaging in a circular motion. Also massage body scrub into your arms, hands, legs, torso and buttocks.
If you can reach your upper and lower back, do so, otherwise ask your partner, a close friend or family member to help you out. You can also use an exfoliating towel by pulling it back and forth across your back if you have one.
Remember to pay special attention to any super dry areas like the backs of your arms, elbows and buttocks. Once your body is completely exfoliated, rinse with warm water and towel dry.
Finally, apply moisturizer to cleansed, scrubbed skin.
