The company’s leadership, who are also industry experts, presented thought-provoking training sessions during the retreat, providing attendees with tools and knowledge to improve their personal and professional impact.
Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, the Chairman/CEO, delivered a transformative session on human capital development, performance optimization, and transformational leadership during the retreat. Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking, the Vice Chairman and CEO, led an enlightening training on “Frugality: Resource Efficiency for Individuals and Companies.” She discussed practical strategies for making the most of resources, emphasizing that “frugality drives creativity” and “maximizing the value of money equates to maximizing the value of time.” Her session also drew from biblical teaching, reminding listeners that “There is a bread and a seed in every fund at your disposal.” She also urged everyone to carefully consider costs before beginning any project.
“Empowering Leaders to Inspire, Motivate, and Manage Diverse Teams Effectively Beyond Uncertainties” was the topic of an interesting presentation by Adenike Ajobo, Managing Director of Adron Homes. This training focused on equipping leaders with skills to foster innovation, resilience, and adaptability in the dynamic business environment.
The Director General of Customer Service, Aminat Hasstrup, made a powerful presentation on business performance assessment, business process reengineering, and industry positioning. She emphasized the significance of strategic positioning and ongoing improvement in maintaining Adron Homes’ dominance in the real estate market.
