SP Haruna Mohammed, PPRO Anambra State Police Command in a statement has cleared the air about Anambra Chief Security Officer (CSO), Chinedu Aniagboso being transferred to Yobe state.
Mohammed who acted on behalf of the Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command stated that:
“The attention of the Anambra State Police Command has been drawn to a social media publication with the caption ‘Anambra Chief Security Officer (CSO) Chinedu Aniagboso On Transfer To Yobe State Man With A Distinguished Track Record’ purporting his transfer to Yobe State.
“The Command wishes to categorically state that the Officer in question is and remains the Chief Security Officer to the governor of Anambra State and that there is no such posting/transfer whatsoever as claimed by the online release.”
He also advised members of the public to disregard the publication. “Members of the public are advised to disregard the publication please.”
