AMCON Boss Presented With His ‘Public Integrity Award 2021’ Plaque

AMCON boss has been presented with his ‘Public Integrity Award 2021’ plaque.

Glamtush reports that finally the Managing Director/CEO of Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) who recently won the “Public Integrity Award 2021,” at the New Telegraph Newspaper Awards 2021 in Lagos has been presented with the crystal award plaque.

This online platform gathered that Head, Corporate Communications at AMCON Jude Nwauzor, made the presentation to his Boss at the Head Office of the government agency located in Maitama area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Recall that the AMCON boss was not on hand to receive the award from the organizers at the event, which was recently held at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos but detailed Nwauzor, the agency’s spokesperson to represent him. Kuru we learnt had another national assignment that clashed with the day of the ceremony, which made it impossible for his attendance.

Other notable Nigerians that won other categories of awards at the event are the Governor of the Central Bank, Mr. Godwin Emefiele, President of the Senate, Senator Ahmed Lawan, Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Abia State Governor, Mr. Okezie Ikpeazu, and the Borno State Governor, Prof Babagana Zulum.

Other winners include Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State; Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Governor of Ekiti State and Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum, Dr Kayode Fayemi, and the Kogi State Governor, Mr. Yahaya Bello, just to mention a few.
