Amb. Engr. Kingsley Okwara, a distinguished engineer with a rich academic and professional background, holds a B.Eng., MSc, and is a member of prestigious institutions including the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and Project Management Institute (PMI). He also recieved Executive Masters Degree programme on Multilateral Diplomacy and International Relations (EMADIR) recently from African School of Diplomacy and International Relations.
His leadership in sectors such as construction, oil and gas, real estate, and general contracting has earned him wide recognition, and his efforts continue to drive growth and development in Africa.
