After 7-Years Of Marriage Kim Kardashian Files For Divorce From Kanye West
Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from Kanye West.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 40, and the rapper are said to be amicably ending their seven-year marriage.
Kim tied the knot with the Grammy award-winning rapper in a lavish ceremony in Italy back in 2014.
The pair then went on to welcome four children together; daughter North, seven, son Saint, five, daughter Chicago, two, and one-year-old son Psalm.

Kim is said to be asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children, and according to TMZ, Kanye is happy with the arrangement, and they are both committed to co-parenting together.
It’s also reported that neither party is contesting the prenup and that the former couple are already far along in reaching a property settlement agreement.
The divorce documents have reportedly been filed by Laura Wasser, but don’t list a date of separation.
Their divorce comes after reports that the estranged couple have been living separate lives for months.
The reality TV star has not been seen wearing her engagement ring in recent weeks as she stays with their four children in LA.

Meanwhile, Kanye has been spending most of his time at his newly-purchased $14 million Wyoming ranch.
Their seven-year union has been far from smooth-sailing, as last year Kim suffered public humiliation after Kanye – who lives with bipolar disorder – announced on Twitter that he wanted to divorce her.
Things got so bad that Kim was left with no choice but to hop on a plane and jet to the ranch in Wyoming where he’s been hiding out to try and sort out their problems.
Kim was left to pick up the pieces after Kanye continued to tweet some cutting remarks about her family – from branding mum Kris Jenner a “white supremacist” to going against his wife.

During her crisis talks with Kanye, Kim was pictured crying as they sat in a car to discuss what was going on between them, and it seems it’s all taking its toll on her.
Prior to their heart-to-heart chat, Kanye launched into several rants about Kim and her family.
He claimed he and Kim had considered aborting their daughter North, and accused his wife and her mum Kris Jenner of trying to get him locked up.
Kanye has since publicly apologised to Kim on Twitter, writing: “I would like to apologise to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.”

He added: “I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me.”
The eyes of the world were on Florence, Italy back in 2014 when the showbiz couple tied the knot in an incredibly lavish ceremony with only A-listers as guests.
The pair weren’t content with having just one ceremony in one city, they actually split the nuptials between Paris and Florence.

The Kardashian/Jenners and guests jetted over to Florence in Italy to have their ceremony at a 16th-century-era fortress, as this was the city where they conceived North.
However, despite the multi-million-dollar wedding, it seems as though their love story was not made to last.
Prior to tying the knot with Kanye, Kim was married to NBA player Kris Humphries.
However, their union famously lasted just 72 days before Kim called it off.
What came next was a bitter divorce between the pair after their whirlwind romance was documented on her family’s E! reality TV show.
