If you intend to invest in property in the Lekki, Epe, Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos or already invested, come closer because this information we are about to share is for you.
It’s no news again that the Lekki-Epe corridor had been marked for the Lekki-Epe Airport project and the Lagos state government is starting the construction of the multi-billion International Airport this year.
As reported by major news publications, the announcement was made by the Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Gbenga Omotoso, while reiterating that the state government will focus on completing ongoing projects across the state in the new year.
The new Lekki Epe International Airport is proposed to receive five million passengers annually and will be built on 3,500 hectares of land. The first phase of the project is estimated to cost USD 900 million.
Designed to bolster air transportation, it aims to enhance connectivity, stimulate economic growth, and support the burgeoning industries in the area, particularly the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Seaport, and Dangote refinery. Scheduled to serve both domestic and international flights, the airport holds promise as a key hub for the region’s future.
This news is a welcome development for those who have invested in Adron Homes Eko city estate located adjacent to the airport and Rehoboth Parks and Gardens estate in Ibeju Lekki. And if you haven’t, don’t worry this opportunity is still available for you today as there are still a few plots available for you to subscribe to at our Lekki-Epe and Ibeju Lekki Estates.
