Actress Mercy Johnson Gets Political Appointment

Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson-Okojie, has joined the list of Nollywood actresses with political appointments.

The beautiful Kogi State born actress and mother of three has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello on entertainment, arts and culture.

Her appointment was made public on Tuesday in a press statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Mrs. Ayoade Folashade Arike.

She was appointed along with 53 other Senior Special Assistants to the governor .

According to the statement, the appointments take effect from April I.
