Actor Yul Edochie Reaffirms Intention To Run For 2023 Presidency

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has reaffirmed his intentions to run for Presidency in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

The actor made this known in a post via his verified Facebook page on Friday, in response to a statement by fast-rising Nigerian Disk Jockey, DJ Big N.

The DJ had written, “What is going on? 14 months to yet another election and the youths still haven’t come forward with a representative. If the older politicians are proactive and already have candidates, then we need not complain with what we end up with. Wake up Nigeria. Wake up.” (sic)

In response, Edochie said, “My dear brother @djbign I saw your post this morning about the youths not presenting a candidate yet.

“Thank you so much for your concern. My name is Yul Edochie and I’m running for President of Nigeria in 2023. I declared my interest months ago.

“I humbly ask for your support. I believe that by posting me on your page, putting in a few words and supporting us through every other means at your disposal, our movement will gain more momentum, and certainly many others will join.

“Victory awaits us. Thank you brother. God bless you. God bless Nigeria.”

Recall that Edochie had earlier declared his intention to run for presidency in May 2021.
