Actor John Cusack is selling his beachfront home in Malibu, CA, according to Variety.
His 4,660-square-foot, Spanish-style house, listed for $13.5 million, has three bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, beach access and waterfront views from nearly every window.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows providing impressive views of the California coastline. There’s also a massive fireplace to keep things cozy.
The upstairs is currently being used as a gym, but it could be a master bedroom, according to the listing. There’s also a balcony leading off the upstairs sitting room. The lower level comes with a sauna, bathroom, and that oh-so-coveted beach access.
