Achraf Hakimi is a Moroccan professional footballer, who also plays for Paris Saint – Germain, a French club in Paris.
Hakimi was born in Madrid, Spain, to Moroccan parents Hasan Hakimi (father) and Saida Mouh (mother) on 4 November 1998.
His football career started when he was seven years old. During that time, Hakimi joined Colonia Ofigevi, a football team in Getafe.
From Colonia Ofigevi, he later joined Real Madrid Youth Academy at the age of eight. Later he began playing for Real Madrid Castilla in 2016 as a teenager.
However, in 2017, he got promoted to the first team but was later sent on a two years loan to Borussia Dortmund.
Following a successful loan, Hakimi signed a €40 million transfer deal to Inter Milan, a Serie A league. With a successful campaign that helped the club win League Whole ending the club’s eleven-year league title drought.
Hakimi’s performance interests numerous European clubs, with Paris Saint-Germain signing him in 2021 for a reported fee of €60 million.

Hakimi made his first debut for Real Madrid in the first match of the 2016 International Championship Cup with a 3 – 1 loss to Paris Saint Germain.
However, he made his senior debut 20 August 2016 by starting in a 3–2 Segunda Division B home win against Real Sociedad B.
Scoring his first Senior goal in a 1–1 draw at Fuenlabrada on 25 September 2016. Later, he got promoted to main squad on August 19, 2017, and was assigned the number 19 jersey.

In his first Champions League appearance for Dortmund, Hakimi scored a brace against Slavis Prague during the group stage in October 2019.
Hakimi signed for Serie A club Inter Milan on a five-year contract, with a transfer deal of around €40 million on 2 July 2020.
On 26 September 2020, Hakimi provided an assist in a 4–3 win against Fiorentina in his first debut in Serie A.
Later, he scored his first goal for the club in the subsequent league game which Inter Milan won 5–2 against Benevento.
Hakimi signed a 5 years contract with Paris Saint -Germain in 6 July 2021. The transfer fee of €60 million ws paid by PSG.
Hakimi made his Ligue 1 debut for PSG on 7 August 2021. Playing the entire ninety minutes, he scored his first goal for the club against Troyes.
