This online platform earlier reported that the Benue State-born actress died on Sunday, July 17 in Delta state.
Ada Ameh who lost her only daughter, Aladi Gift shortly after an unsuccessful surgery in an Abuja hospital had earlier spoken up about her battle with depression but assured that she was getting help.
Late Ada and Empress shared a special bond while she was still alive.
