Court has declared actress Ronke Odusanya baby daddy, Jago wanted.
Glamtush reports that a Lagos court has declared Saheed Olarenwaju Aranmolate baby daddy of actress Ronke Odusanya wanted.
The curvy actress and her child’s father, Olanrewaju Saheed, popularly known as Jago, are in court for a variety of reasons, including the welfare of their only daughter together, Oluwafifehanmi.
Presiding Magistrate M. O. Tanimola of Court 8, Samuel Ilori Court House, Ogba, Ikeja magisterial district, Lagos signed an order proclaiming Saheed Olarenwaju Aranmolate alias Jago wanted after his absence, which has made it difficult to carry out a court order.
Recall that in a previous hearing of the case, Jago’s lawyer filed a motion questioning the paternity of the baby, which the court upheld, but this online news platform understands that he has continued to defy the court’s DNA order which was granted in his favor.
According to sources, Jago initially demanded that the actress pays for the DNA test in an open court appeal, which was denied by Magistrate Tanimola.
Odusanya’s lawyer, Oluwafemi Olabisi of OON Olabisi LP, applied for a Bench Warrant against him at the proceeding on the 13th of October, 2021, saying that the Court cannot continue to be at the mercy of the runaway respondent. Olabisi alleged that all efforts to get Jago to obey the court DNA order together with his constant absence from court is frustrating the proceeding.
On Wednesday, December 15, the court signed the bench warrant.
