Glamtush reports that President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has arrived in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, on Monday.
Tinubu’s flight touched down at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, and was welcomed by a crowd of supporters.
The President-elect arrived from France in the company of his wife, Oluremi Tinubu, at the presidential wing of the airport to a rousing welcome by party faithful and supporters who had been anticipating his arrival.
This online newspaper understands that Bola Tinubu’s return was confirmed by his Director of Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga.
He was received at the Abuja international airport by the Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima and some state governors.
Tweeting about his arrival, Onanuga wrote: “Jagaban lands in Abuja, Vice President elect Kashim Shettima and governors at the airport reception for President elect Tinubu.”
This put to rest weeks of speculations regarding his health status and whereabouts.
Tinubu had on March 21 travelled out of the country to spend some time in Paris and London.
