Landbrick Properties and Investment Limited, a fast rising property company, based in Lagos last week celebrated its first anniversary of being an all talk and most promising real estate company in Nigeria.
The event had award presentation to staffers and realtors who had tremendously worked to contribute to the growth of the organisation within first year of the company’s existence.
The event which was held on Saturday, January 28, on the 3rd Floor, Sky Mall Cinema, Sangotedo, Lagos, saw the leader in Landbrick Properties and Investment, welcoming “Mrs. Egbeyemi Omolara, Pastor Shola Olapade, Barrister O.A Alao, Mr. John Oluwagbemiro, Egnr. Yomi Kuti, Mr. Collins Ejeckam, Mrs. Adeola Oluwafemi and Mrs. Olufunke Akiode as newly appointed members of Advisory Board into the company.
While many of the guests, especially the investors took time to talked about the wow in patronizing Landbrick property, there were also kind words from well-wishers, as many commended the team leading the firm for truly living up to its mandate of keeping to customers’ satisfaction and value creation in Nigeria’s real estate industry.
While giving his welcome speech, MD/CEO of Landbrick, Mr. Femi Autine noted that good services with integrity would continue to be relevant in every means of running a real estate firm, in spite of huge challenges the tedious economy is bringing forth. He advised that real estate is still the best industry to invest one’s resources in.
“Landbrick is trying all her possible best not to derail from the vision of customer’s satisfaction and ensure a reasonable percentage of Nigerians have access to real estate investment.
One of our projects, Belmont park beside Pan Atlantic university in Ibeju Lekki, is a huge project which Nigerians should look forward to.” He stated.
He equally thanked investors for displaying unalloyed support towards the growth of Landbrick as it is now a year old.
The glamorous event also featured award presentation to some of the staff and realtors.
