Use castor oil
You should use castor oil which is considered to be the magic oil. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid and omega-6 fatty acids and therefore when massaged onto the scalp helps in increasing blood circulation which improves hair growth.
However, for better results, mix 1 tablespoon of castor oil with 1 tablespoon of almond oil and olive oil. Apply it thoroughly on your scalp, massage for 10-15 minutes, and rinse it off completely after 20 minutes. For fast results, do this once a week and your hair will grow quickly.
Eat protein food
You should eat food rich in protein every day. When you have a protein-deficient diet, your hair tends to fall or become thin. So, increase the intake of lentils, eggs, and meat in your diet.
Use onion juice for long hair
The sulphate in the onion boosts hair growth. Don’t bother about the smell, if a little irritation can give you long tresses, then why not bear it so that you can achieve your purpose.
Clean your scalp with apple cider vinegar
Like our skin needs regular scrubbing so that the dead skin goes away and you get fresh skin, likewise, you need to scrub your hair and maintain the pH balance. Vinegar is the perfect tool for it as it will increase your hair growth. You can drink it as it is good for both your skin and hair. You can also use it as a final wash to rinse your hair. This will not only boost hair growth but will also make your hair healthy. Remember not to overdo it else it might lead to hair fall. So, using it twice a week is perfect.
Do a complete head massage
Do you know a simple head massage can do wonders for hair growth? You can do it with oil or even without oil. You should start with the center of your hairline, use your middle finger to make circles 25 times, now take 3 fingers gap moving towards the center of your head, repeat 25 circles again.
Move further down again by taking 3 fingers gap and make circles. End this by massaging behind of your ear lobes. This will take about 5-7 minutes. You can while watching tv or whenever is convenient for you. This will boost blood circulation and give you healthy and long hair.
