Tape your toes
You should tape your third and fourth toes together using nude or clear flexible medical tape because of the force exerted on them. This will help take pressure off the ball of the foot. There’s a nerve right between these two toes, and the tape helps to minimize any strain.
Invest in foot petals
You should give the ball of your foot and heels a break with different shapes and colours of foot petals. They provide heel grip, ease friction and also add stability to your strut.
